1. Agreement to Terms

By using antrix.dev at https://antrix.dev("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

antrix.dev sells digital products for building with AI, including:

• AI Launcher — project scoping and content templates ($7)
• Starter Pack — Claude Code skills and workflow tools ($47)
• Builder OS — complete AI development system ($149)

All products are digital and delivered via email and/or GitHub repository access.

3. Purchases & Payment

3.1 One-Time Payments

All purchases are one-time payments. There are no recurring charges or subscriptions.

3.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to Stripe's terms.

3.3 Delivery

AI Launcher is delivered via email. Starter Pack and Builder OS include GitHub repository access — a collaborator invitation is sent to the GitHub username you provide at checkout.

3.4 Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, purchases are generally non-refundable. If you experience issues, contact hello@antrix.dev and we will work to resolve it or provide a refund at our discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, skills, agents, and materials are owned by antrix.dev. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials. You may not redistribute, resell, or share access with others.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share repository access or product files with others
• Resell or redistribute purchased materials
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results from using our products.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
