Invocation Technologies LLC is the seller of record for everything paid that is described on this site. By using the Service, or buying anything described on it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Guild membership is billed through Skool, which takes the payment on our behalf; Skool's own terms also apply to your use of its platform. Done-for-you services are paid by invoice or by a Stripe payment link we send you. Card payments are processed by Skool or Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) until you cancel. Prices include no tax unless the checkout says otherwise; any tax due is shown before you pay.
You can cancel your membership at any time from your Skool settings. No further payments are taken, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. How refunds work is set out on the Refunds and Cancellation page, which forms part of these terms.

The free guides and downloads may be used in your own work. Membership content (lessons, recordings, files) is for your own use and your own business; please do not resell it or share your access.
The words, images and page designs on this site remain ours. You may quote and link to them with attribution; please do not republish them wholesale as your own. Where a download ships with its own licence file, that licence governs the download.
The guides name third-party services. We are not affiliated with them unless a page says so, and their prices, free tiers and APIs change without notice.

The guides, lessons and sessions describe how we do things; they are education, not professional, legal, tax or financial advice, and following them may not produce the same result for you. We make no promise about any outcome, financial or otherwise. Code and configuration you copy is yours to review and test before you run it.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any right you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
