A few years ago I started buying my time back with AI. Now I do it for clients, and teach owners to do it themselves. Snowboard in winter, surf in summer, one dog who supervises.

The ten years
Software for clients, and my own products.
Most of the decade was spent building the systems money runs through, for clients from two-person shops to companies like Babbel. At Babbel: $100M+ in recurring revenue migrated to Stripe, zero customer-visible downtime. At GigSocial, a two-sided marketplace connecting creators with advertisers, built from scratch: escrow, wallets, payouts. For Pissup Tours, a booking engine, quoting and a group wallet. Alongside that, my own: ArenaMaster, World of Warcraft rankings with 10k+ players and 2.39M+ addon downloads; eSalon, appointment booking for salons; Count21, a blackjack trainer with real billing behind it; and Paušalko, which I co-founded, everything a Serbian sole proprietor owes the state in one app. All live.
How I work now. One person, because the repetitive work of running a software company is itself done by software I set up, on Claude Code and Antrix OS: the drafting, the checking, the publishing, the bookkeeping. I review what matters and say yes or no. That is what I install for a business owner.
Selling. The paperwork around a sale gets built: the quote, the follow-up, the invoice, the repetitive part of ads. The call itself I teach the way I run mine: the pain, the fix, the cost of waiting.
