1. Introduction

Invocation Technologies LLC("we," "our," or "us"), 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, DE 19958, USA, operates antrix.dev at https://www.antrix.dev (the "Service") and is responsible for the personal information described here. This policy explains what we collect, why, and who we share it with.

Payments for the AI Operators Guild are taken by Skool, and payments for services by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Give Us

  • Email address: When you join the email list or ask for a download. This is the only personal detail any form on this site asks for.
  • Anything you write to us: If you email us, we keep the message so we can reply.
  • Purchase details: If you join the Guild or buy a service, your name, email address, what you bought and the payment status, as Skool or Stripe report them to us. Card numbers stay with them.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage data: Browser type, device information, pages visited, and referring site.
  • Attribution data: UTM parameters and advertising click identifiers, stored in your browser and attached to a signup so we can tell which page or ad brought you here.
  • IP address and user agent: Sent with conversion measurement events as described in Section 5, and present in ordinary server logs.
  • Error diagnostics: If something breaks while you are submitting a form, the error report we receive may include your email address so we can find and fix your specific failure.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Send the guides, downloads and updates you asked for
  • Answer you when you write to us
  • Provide the membership or service you paid for, and handle cancellations, refunds and disputes
  • Understand which pages and campaigns bring people to the site
  • Find and fix errors

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to build profiles beyond the attribution described above.

4. Who We Share It With

We use the following processors, each for a single job:

  • Vercel: Website hosting and server logs
  • Supabase: Database — where your email address and attribution data are stored
  • Resend: Sending the emails you signed up for
  • Google (GA4): Website analytics
  • Meta: Advertising measurement (see Section 5)
  • PostHog: Product analytics and session replay (see Section 5)
  • Rollbar: Error monitoring
  • Skool: Hosting the Guild and taking membership payments
  • Stripe: Taking payments for services

We also disclose information where the law requires it.

Purchase records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use GA4 to understand how visitors use the site — pages visited, device information, approximate location, and referring sources. The data is aggregated.

PostHog

We use PostHog to see how the pages work for visitors: which sections get read, where people stop, which buttons and forms get used. This includes session replays, a reconstruction of a visit (scrolling, clicks, page changes) used to find what is confusing or broken. Every form field is masked, so what you type, including your email address, is never recorded. PostHog sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device; each visit is counted on its own. The data is held by PostHog in the United States. We honour your browser's Do Not Track setting: with it on, PostHog does not run. The admin area of this site is never recorded.

Meta Pixel & Conversions API

We use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure which content and ads lead to signups. When you submit an email form, we send Meta a signup event containing a hashed (one-way encrypted) version of your email address, your IP address, your user agent and Meta's own click identifiers. We do not send Meta your email address in readable form.

Browser storage

We store UTM parameters and click identifiers in your browser so that a signup can be attributed to the page or ad you arrived from. Clearing your browser storage removes them.

6. Data Security & Retention

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and analytics and error data for as long as the services above retain them by default.

7. Your Rights

You may ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you may object to its use, at any time. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. Write to the address below and we will action the request.

8. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
