Andrej. Independent since 2015. The real dashboard: a Mac mini runs my companies on it while I sleep.

  • Customers found from public records, written to first.
  • Payments done right: no double charges, no broken refunds.
  • Bugs filed at night, fixed by morning, your yes.
  • Antrix OS on your machine. Free to members.

Your week, by hand. Your week on a system.

by handon a system
  1. The customers you haven't found yet.

Leads from public records, written to first.

  2. The checkout you're nervous about.

Checked for double charges and broken refunds before launch.

  3. Bugs eat the evening you had for building.

Filed at night, fixed by morning, waiting for your yes.

Chat waits for you. A system doesn't.

How it works

  1. Today. Save a seat, free.

  2. When yours opens. $29 a month, locked while you stay. Thirty minutes with me, and we pick your first job.

  3. Then. One job a week, with me in the group when you're stuck. Raid Night every Wednesday: one member's job, built live.

Why fifty seats, by hand.

Hi, Andrej here.

Ten years building the systems money runs through, for other people's companies. Then I got tired of being the bottleneck in my own. Now the repetitive work runs on a schedule, in my accounts, and I approve what matters from my phone.

The Guild is where I teach that, while you build yours.

Fifty seats, by hand, because every founding member gets thirty minutes with me. After fifty: $59, and no call.

Questions

What is this, and what's Skool?

The AI Operators Guild is a private group on Skool, a community platform with courses inside: twelve courses, recorded as they're built on real businesses, a live build every Wednesday, and me in the room when you're stuck.

When do seats open, and what does it cost in total?

Seats open in order, by hand; you'll hear by email when yours is next. $29 a month, locked while you stay, $59 after the first fifty. Plus your own Claude subscription, from $20 a month. API usage is optional, pay as you go, and off by default.

Do I need to be technical, or special hardware?

No. Every lesson is plain words on a real business, and I'm in the room when you're stuck. The laptop you have is enough to start; Antrix OS is Mac first.

What happens after I sign up?

One email with how it goes and one question. When your seat opens you join on Skool, we spend thirty minutes picking your first job, and you build it, one job a week.
